Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is at least half-full, and include a copy of your original invoice and the issued RMA form.

  Ship to Yon-Ka

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
